I got the AW Brand Performance batteries and charger with my Provape kit. The first time I charged them they seemed to last forever! The next uses, however seemed to be shorter.

The first time I charged them I charged them together, but since, I have been charging one at a time.

I know with some battery chargers you are not supposed to have empty "slots" when charging.
Could this be an issue with these batteries?

*Keep in mind that I do vape a lot more on the weekends than during the week, and my first use was on a Thursday. This is most likely the issue, but I thought I'd better ask.*

Thanks!

I always use a slot open on my charger. Ive been using the same 2 batteries for 5 months and there as good as day one. The only thing i see happening is your vaping more frequently? That could be the reason the batteries seem to not last as long? Can you post how long the batteries are lasting? thanks.
Keep me posted..

A few things I've noticed which decrease battery life:
  1. Increased vaping, including more frequent drags and/or increased drag length (you can also change vaping styles for different liquids or nicotine strength).
  2. IMR high drain batteries deplete more quickly than regular Li ion.
  3. LR atomizers/cartomizers - less resistance means you are pulling more power.

There could be others, too, such as individual batteries can have different performance.

Note: #1 also seems to affect atomizer lifespan, too...

Thanks. I think the main issue was the frequency. I vape probably twice as much on the weekends (I always smoked like that too). Another thing I discovered was that my new carto's were leaking. I'm used to KR808's, so maybe I'm just overfilling. They don't seem to hold near as much. I have to refill pretty often. (I've ordered some new ones to see if maybe it was just that batch.)
At one point my Provape stopped working all together. I took the carto off and discovered it had leaked a lot of juice onto the connection. I cleaned it off and it worked fine again. I think most of my problem is the carto's. After the first fill, they were great. After the next fills, not so much. I think this was causing me to vape more as well. Hopefully new cartos will fix the problem.
Thanks for your help.
