It was a replacement sent for another one that started to burn and almost melt until i plucked out the atomizer real quick, then it stopped and was dead after. The new one came so I charged it up stuck it in and absolutly nothing on the draw, nada. Even though the led light went on no vap at all. It's a flaw in the battery. I looked at it up close with a magnifying glass and the little brass washer in the batt seemed to be too far down. These are not mix and match parts either, all are from the same manufactuer.

You've no clue how happy you made me! I had a what would appear DOA battery come from China and it was only the case I lifted the contact point with a small screw driver and it fixed the problem! Thanks for your post!

I took out the tiny screwdriver set, they kind used for watches and gently wiggled the top washer in the batt and with a slight lift. It seems to have rubber on the sides for insulation. It worked great after that but i think it's a flaw in the design, Either the threads on the atty are too short or the thread on the batt are too long to make solid contact.

I'm wary of trying to file the end of the atomizer down a bit because that can screw up the threads and very difficult to fix if it won't screw in after without cross threading,

There must be some kind of small brass washer that can be put in and centered to make it a solid contact and not move around.

Sorry i cant provide any serial model numbers as there are none on the cart, the atty or the batt at all anywhere just the company name and that's it.

I suppose i can edit this later in all three parts and take a pic in macro mode with a ruler right next to the parts in mm.
