I was thinking of adding a voltage regulator and maybe a low voltage detector (led) to my fixed voltage pv. A 510 battery extension where I can shove some electronics in would be great, but the ones I found weren't suited for modding. Anyone knows of such a gadget or how to build one?
Also are there any open sourced cad designs for 510 connectors/devices around somewhere?
