Just received an indulgence. I was wondering if with the extended sleeve can be used with 2 CR18350's. I've tried it and it doesn't seem to work so not sure if I'm answering my own question or doing something wrong.

Maybe your atty doesn't have enough resistance and is tripping the battery protection. Have you tried others?
I just tried it with my Indulgence (2 - 18350 3.7v). It works, but it will be hard on the atomizer because not many are are made to handle (up to) 8.4v. I do use 2 - 16340 lifePo 3.2v (6.4v) or 2 - 16340 3.0v (6.0v).
