Not sure what is going on with my batteries. I have 2 manuals (about 7 months old) and 1 auto about 3 months old. I can draw a few puffs on them, and then the light dims and no vapor. They don't "blink" and they are fully charged. If I let them sit for about 10 minutes, I am able to take another puff or two before they "dim" and stop working. I've cleaned them many times. What's causing this? Anything I can try to do to fix them?

Has it been more than 90 days since you've had them? If not you should still be under warranty. You can set up a rma from the si website

Am I doing something to kill them? I charge my manuals via computer, and once in awhile via an iphone usb wall charger (bad maybe?) and the autos via computer and charging case (once or twice via iphone usb wall charger). Something else??
I always use SI wall chargers on a power strip because they are 1.5amp and charge faster or a powered usb hub. I don't recommend using the computer and never had much luck with charging cases. Also, not using SI chargers voids your warranty.

It's the same, no matter you charge them if they are 65-78mm batteries.
What kind of atomizer/cartomizer do you use? And how much do you use them? Do you charge them a lot?

What size batteries. Sounds like they are just at the end of their life. Seven months, if you are charging them once or twice a day would be about 200-400 charges...so about their useful life. Three months, however is a pretty short time to be dying.
