Provari E4 error

I've been using my week old Provari for about a week and this morning the Button light was dimly lit without pressing it. It still fired when I pressed the button which would then light up fully (normally). I tried to turn off the light and it would work for a few drags but then the dimly lit button would return. After about and hour, the button then started flashing and I got an E4 error message. Any idea what causes this? Btw, I just emailed Provape.
