The mah varies by the age of the battery, meaning if it is in super sale etc. since they are a little older. The XL newer batteries are listed on the site as 380 mah but single, full logo or no logo doesn't really count as a different rating of battery. (on the main battery page)

In the newer batteries there are only 3 sizes and all should be consistent in the rating for each size assuming they are on the main battery page.

Off the top of my head I can't answer the question re: the mah on the shorty.

I think the main difference in the batteries that aren't on that main page is the cut-off times not the mah

Hmmm... I don't even see the regular MAH on there that you are talking about.

OK, Maybe it could be a little more obvious, but go to this page.
Vapor King ECig Batteries

Hover over the first 2 items. It says 380 mah as the description of the photo. Maybe mark could add it to the text description.

Ah, the key word "should". I realize that the exact ratings will vary based upon shelf life, etc. but it would be good to have a starting point.

Case in point, I would consider the Shorty Battery IF the MAH were acceptable.

As you point out the key is should, based on a new battery, everything else being equal. Not that long ago the shorty batts were stated as 180 mah, the regulars were between 280 and 300 and the XL was 380. I "assume" that is still the case.

You can only pack so much mah in a shorty built like these batts. They simply will not last as long as the regular size which will not last as long as the XLs. Not with current technology.

Is that acceptable?
