Break it down into chunks of 500 mAh. If a 2500 mAh battery lasted you two and a half hours, then a 3000 mAh battery would last you three hours (kind of). If you go lower Wattage type set ups then 2500 lasts you five hours and 3000 lasts you six. Or if you go really low Wattage MTL set ups then 2500 lasts you 10 hours and 3000 lasts you 12 hours. And so on. Would you notice that?
Probably not, maybe a little bit. Like listopencil said, it depends mostly on what wattage you are using, the lower it is the more you would notice that extra 500 mAh.
Quite possibly not. Not all battery ratings are correct. Many are rated higher than they are. There are also a lot of batteries on the market that are rewrapped factory seconds. A manufacturer discards some that dont make the grade and sells them, they get re - wrapped and rated all over the place. Efest is notorious for that even though they make great chargers. Id never buy their batteries. There are also a huge amount of fakes as well that may be for example showing 3000 mah, or say 30a but are lucky to be anywhere near those figures. You really need to buy from a reputable source. Lots of cheap fake overrated junk online.
I have been mainly vaping 2500 mah and on my last order bought a couple 3000's and I personally dont notice the difference. I suppose if I just vaped one mod all the time, perhaps.
