Just thot I toss this out there because I lack the skills to make a mod for my self. Is there anyone Local to the Wilkes Barre PA area that could make me a Battery mod for my 510. Willing to buy all the parts and tip well, Or is there anyone in my area willing to sell me a working one they got from the Web.

Thanx

Loki -

Honestly, making a Nicostick isn't hard - you just need a few simple hand tools and a modicum of hand-eye coordination. Check out the Nicostick thread at the top of the forum.

I have read and understand the thread it's a great read.
And I'm sure making a NicoStick is very easy for most people to put together, But I'm not most people I have Parkinson's disease and while I do not yet have advanced stages of the disease doing small jobs like soldering are beyond me at this point in my life.(trembling hands don't solder to good) So I just figured I would toss it out there and see if anyone who could make them lives around my area.

I am getting ready to make my first Battery Mod. In the Los Angeles area, but willing to make you one. I have already ordered five (5) 510 battery connector and have been toying with a copper tube (Fog Log) using one TR18650 3.7v. I am making two (2) for myself and two (2) freinds and you can have the last 510 battery connector, if you want it.

Was also planning to do a NicoStik using TR14500 with the battery connector flushed outside the case (haven't decided on one or two batteries.) I do want to utilize the touch switch on this mod similar to Caesar's mod.

Decide on what style you want and order your batteries from DealExtreme. It will take some time to get delivered. Mine took 3 weeks!

PM me for your reply.

I know this isn't the place for this question, but i cannot find it anywhere else.

Do 5 or 6v mods diminish the life of an atty faster?

The answer is....maybe. Atomizers are consumables - you may have one last a week, and the next one you pull out of the same package may last you 2 months (I've had both happen).

The trick for high-voltage vaping is to keep the atomizer wet - you DON'T want to 'vape it dry'. Take a hit or two, then wait a minute or two to let the atomizer cool off. Do both of those and your atomizer will last longer.
