Battery Pairing Question

I plan on purchasing a dual parallel mechanical box mod and was wondering if it would be okay If I just slap in my pair of LG's I already have that have been married in my sigelei into the new box. Since the concept of pairing batts is to prolong the amount of cycles in the batts after charging/discharging, I was just wondering if rocking the pair from Regulated into an unregulated box would do anything to my batts in terms of lifespan. Would it be okay to use the same pair in a different box or would you recommend that I buy a whole new pair designated just for the unregulated? Sorry if this seems like a silly question lol i just recently bought these batts solely to pair them in my sigelei so I want to make sure I get all that I can from them

I would buy a separate pair just because the 2 different mods would discharge most likely at different rates. Or if you use them in both, make sure to use them twice, charged and depleted as to keep consistency with having them used on each side of the device. Hope that makes sense. The only silly question would be the one unasked. ;)

Yea I'd assume they'd discharge differently since one is in series and the other is in parallel. I was leaning towards buying a new pair but my wallet was in favor of the other option lol but thanks for the response
Yes, as long as they remain properly paired..
but, note:

with a dual mech where the batteries are in parallel, there is more risk of the pair becoming unpaired if you have faulty contacts on one side causing one battery to get used more than the other.
Alright I'll keep that in mind when I check out the internals
