After a month wait for a replacement battery due to it being sent to me without a button
from wordup e cig it lasted only ten hours !
I tried to get a refund or store credit and was told since it wasnt sent to me doa I was out of luck.
This is after them stopping the sale of the 1300 mah batteries due to problems they were having with these batteries. So why return my battery with one you stopped selling because of complaints ???
I would not order from a company that treats its customers that way after a long wait for a replacement and being understanding about the move they had and the delay.

I don't know for sure but it looks like they sell DSE batteries which are made by Sailebao. I bought a lot of them when i first started but found the quality to be pretty bad. The switches on the manual battery would stick "on" with about 50% of them. There was so much quality variation in them i quit ordering them. Try another Vendor and look for another brand. I am not saying anything bad about either the Vendor or the Brand, just saying i had a lot of problems with the SLB brand in just about everything. The only thing made by them that i actually liked was the standard ~3.0ohm DSE510 attys which performed very well at 5.0V.

I've ordered from plenty of other venders without a problem with shipping or the merchandise and will stay with those.
It's just after be so understanding about the one month delay from the time I sent back the battery because it was sent
without a button and two months from the original order date and for it to only last for under ten hours is not good customer service ! plus not getting a refund or store credit for a battery that was sent back to me after the problems they admitingly
had with them and after stopping the sale of them kind of gets you mad .

Are you talking about the battery that is being discussed in this thread?

Hello this is Jeffrey
You purchased your battery over a month a Go how am I to know you only used It for 10 hours?
Also the warranty on the battery was DOA I told you this On the Phone when I resend the First one do to Button Not in place.
When you purchased the Battery Back in Oct, It was clearly there That the Battery was NOT A JOYE and was a DOA warranty ONLY.
Please Roy What more do you want me to do if I gave everyone a refund for DOA items I would be out of Business.
Your brother Made a Post to me he seems like an intelligent gentleman he agreed with the issue at hand. Which I thought was the end of the Thread.
I am sorry but the Answer is not going to change Roy we can not offer refunds on DOA Items that are over a month old to boot!
I am sure any one in this forum can back me when I say this I stand behind my product it has been over a month a lot can happen in a month.
I am sorry but I must ask you to please end this issue.
Again I can not refund your money it has been over a month with a DOA item

I've done many purchases from Jeffery and Lisa and have had nothing but good experiences. A shame to see one persons experience slam a good company.

From wordupecig.com under terms and conditions: Exchanges: There are no refunds after 7 days from purchase date, exchanges will only be given on defective items. After 30 days there are no exchanges unless otherwise posted.

You should be able to exchange for a new batt because it hasnt been 30 days. Email them about this.

Thank you, but I know what doa means but that don't explain the reason why after the 1300's were no longer for sale on that
site my battery was returned to me after they knew about all the problems they were having with them.
Also after waiting a month to get the battery back and being understanding about the delay and being returned a known bad battery that was no longer being sold by the company I guess I expected a little better customer service but I guess not !

Warranties are warranties, and customer service is something else. I agree with the OP. He may not be entitled to anything, but it seems the company could make a decision on this transaction to make an exception due to the fact he had wait so long for a replacement to begin with. All for a product that is now not being sold due to defects. In my opinion, sometimes you have to have to bite the bullet and consider it a cost of doing business.

This forum is great. Now I know to steer clear of this vendor, along with modern vapor who decided to not replace my ego battery after 3 weeks, because I was past the 14 day warranty. Now I order all my equipment from Liberty Flights. They have a 6 month warranty. Its a no brainer, plus their prices are fantastic.

Ummm, wow. You seemed to really take their comments personally. Almost as if it was YOUR company they were voicing THEIR OPINION about. Hmmm

Anyway, relax. Take a deep vaped breath and just r-e-l-a-x. It'll be okay.

Odd that I was wondering the same thing. I keep my emails short and polite on the few occasions I've needed to email vendors over the past year, and aside from one, everything went great. Might be a coincidence but what I received back from the one mentioned was in a fashion similar to this (CAPS and all). After 3 tries I just cut my losses and moved on.

Hello
Both companies sell all genuine Joye product(I know word up does)
You say "by the looks of it they sell DSE" are you kidding me the pics on Word up Are all genuine Joye pics (By the looks) from Joye website, that SHOWS JUST HOW IGNORANT YOU ARE TO YOUR SUROUDINGS AND TO THE PRODUCT BEING SOLD

Uh, it wasn't a guess that they sell DSE batteries, it's posted all over the products on "their" (your?) website so obviously "they" do sell a lot of DSE (Sailebao) products and IMO DSE batteries are junk.
