Odd that I was wondering the same thing. I keep my emails short and polite on the few occasions I've needed to email vendors over the past year, and aside from one, everything went great. Might be a coincidence but what I received back from the one mentioned was in a fashion similar to this (CAPS and all). After 3 tries I just cut my losses and moved on.

First you guys slam a company for not giving a battery to someone based on half the story. Now you lineup to drag a member thru the mud for voicing their support.

Brings a new meaning to the term “Mob Justice”.

Seemed more like light humor to me....didn't see any personal attacks in any of that.

Uh, it wasn't a guess that they sell DSE batteries, it's posted all over the products on "their" (your?) website so obviously "they" do sell a lot of DSE (Sailebao) products and IMO DSE batteries are junk.

What are you talking about the DSE 901 801 and DSE products , Well yes every supplier that sell the DSE item get there DSE batteries from SLB, they make the DSE product.
The way I read it was you where talking about the 510 batteries.
My last post was deleted which to me is Lame.
Just like when people talk bad about a company that will not give free products to customers when they purchase a DOA item.
I mean come on we are all grown men here you guys purchased from the company and there where tight warranties and you guys new this but you still want to say they are bad, It just makes no sense to me. Its like buying a car getting a flat 1 month after you buy it and going back and saying fix it it was bad when you sold it to me?.
Any way I was buzzing and sitting in a hash bar on my last post so it may have been insulting (Sorry) but I still feel the same way I think you are all out of Line for thinking and expecting a company to replace or refund a product that is past its warranty, My 12 year old boy has more respect and morals than to try and milk a company like that and then talk about it.
I will still purchase from both companies why because there customer service is by far the best and there product is genuine and they are reall people.
P.S. "Yours"?
