hi everyone,
i have a nomad dse905, but the original batteries are getting older and dying(the grey 3.7v 900mah icr14500) I got some generic chinese batteries from ebay, green icr14500, 3.7v- but 1200mah) They work with 1 of my4 atties(all in good condition) By working with this atty, i mean my nomad just works, with the 1200mah battery, not properly.I get one puff and then the blue light flashes and no puff. I put it down for 15 minuttes, then the same thing happens. With the other atties, no blue light ,just nothing. Is it because the mah of the batteries, or are they just not made for e-cigs? But why does it try to work with that particular atty? It's not LR.,or anything, and bought from the same place as the others.
Cheers

hi dormouse
has the same exact writing on as the ebay ones you have except PRI on them. The description is identical too. My batteries are item no 170627510278 on ebay, if you could check it out. My attys all come from HG, and work with the original nomad batteries.
Thanks everyone for you help, might go for the trustfire ones, but really wanted higher mah

should work... but I'd be willing to bet you wouldn't see any difference between the two batteries. I bet $5 that 1200mah battery would test closer to 900. Battery mah ratings are determined differently by different manufactures. I have lifpo 123a's that say 1250mah and don't last as long as my 400mah 123a's from a different manufacturer. To really get better battery life you need a different device.
