So I posted earlier about how one of my batteries stays on and if it has a cart attached it gets super hot and destroys it. It's like it's constantly running. I contacted customer service and they said they would replace the battery if it was under 45 days from the date of purchase. Sadly I bought the battery right before I left for my cruise in June. I figured no big deal, one bad battery... Well now, another one of my batteries has gone bad. It is doing the same exact thing! The worst part is, I bought this battery over 45 days ago too! I've lost two batteries in less than two weeks! I understand warranty deadlines, but I am pretty upset. These problems didn't happen with my battery until a guy from their customer service told me to use a nail file on the threading of my battery so my Cool Carts would fit. Suddenly all my batteries are going bad. I'm not saying that is the problem, but you gotta admit, the situation kind of sucks.... I love this company and haven't had any serious issues till now...what do I do? Are my batteries fixable? Someone please give me some insight...
