Just FYI,other ecig companies want the return in hand BEFORE you get a replacement.I think Steve was more than fair until people started taking advantage of his kindness.Its a shame.{not implying you in any way}

Just an update, after cleaning and fully charging it 2X it seems to work like a champ!!!
Thank you all as always for all of your help.

The pass thru is still the best, I wish they sold a 5volt XL battery. Or do they???
