Battery Question 510

If I put my battery in for charging when I start to get low vape, is it going to shorten the life of my battery? Or should I wait until I get the blinking LED telling me to charge up? I am sure this has been asked before, but I need to refine my searching skills. Feel free to mock my Infojunkie name...I will be sure to blame it one the search engine.

i read somewhere on this site that batts like these (lithium ion?) need to be charged BEFORE they run out to keep them working longer and that over charging is no problem.

can someone confirm?

I think quackums is right. I remember hearing it's best not to repeatedly let a battery die completely before waiting to charge.
