battery question for Sigelei 100w mod

i just purchased a sigelei 100w box mod and it came with 2 Efest 3100 mAh batteries. are these batteries safe to use down to .3 ohms in this mod?

Absolutely not!!!!! Everything I've seen is this battery is a rewrapped Panasonic 6.4 amp battery

Go read Baditude's blogs about battery safety first. Pretty much all efest batteries are suspect
