battery question

i heard the Prodigy is using only 1 battery set up now.
what if we ordered both types of batterys and chargers on are order ?
would like to know how this is going to be handled before they ship

The 18650 batteries you ordered will be automatically switched to the rcr123a's by Puresmoker. I would assume the charger will be switched also.
