My "goal" is 70.559 watts, at a stable 8.4a current. I am very aware of ohms law. Ty for your input but I've been a licensed electrician (low v and high v) for 14 years, and am very aware of what I am doing. But I reiterate, thank you for your advice on the batteries. I will keep operating at "my own risk" with the same setup I have been using for 6 months (stacked batteries at 1.4ohm for a solid 10 hrs everyday) until something better is released.
