Battery Question

Ok I understand the suppliers want to brand their merchandise but it really does get just a bit confusing to a new person. I ordered the KR808D-1 now I wanted to know if the 902 battery is compatible or if you need an adapter, etc. All the different model numbers get a bit confusing and overwhelming.
