I'm still using my batterys that came with my ego-t , they are the 1000mah ones. I only have them since September and now one has stopped holding a charge already! could this be from overcharging it? i charge every night and switch between the 2 regularly. Now im stuck with one battery and it is getting really annoying because i have to wait for it to charge to vape anything.

Anyone know of better batterys that will last longer? and also have a usb passthrough (something my current ones lack.)

Having one of those batteries go bad so fast is not normal. The charger stops charging when the battery is full. If that is not working right, that could be the reason. Unfortunately, I know of no way to check this. It could simple be a bad battery itself. The battery circuitry stops it when the charge is too low too and if that's faulty that could be an issue too. There are a lot of different companies making eGo style batteries and chargers. Joyetech is a good one and don't have many issues. Knockoffs have more issues.

I'm not up to date on these batteries. My post will bump your thread and hopefully someone else who knows these better will post. There are good passthrough eGo style batts out there :thumb:.

MVP, it has huge battery life, and usb pass through. Aside from that I ran away from e-Go's fast when I had the same issue. It turns out it was the charger. The wife still uses it. The only reason I know is her new battery didn't take a charge after she had it for a week or two (650mAh), we got two new chargers and no problems since.

Are you cleaning the battery connection of juice and condensation every time you take your clearo, carto, or tank off - juice and condensation can seep down into the battery and greatly reduce the life - with proper battery maintenance you should get 250 to 300 charge cycles

and of course back ups for your backups backups

2 vamo, 8-18650 batteries, 4-18350 batteries, mvp1, 1100mah ego passthru, 2 ego twist 650 mah, 1 350mah ego, 2 VV usb passthru, 6 protanks, 1 PT2, 1 Mini PT2, 8 evods, 5 vivi novas, 4 ce4+, 3 nanos, aga-t+, misc dripper knockoffs, 2 510 batts, 4 808d batts, assorted cartos for 510 and 808, and 3 sealed disposables - oh and enough DIY supplies to make 1 gallon of e-liquid
