HHey all, to start im loving vaping, its fun and it works extremely well to fufill my urges. Haven't touched that can of dip in 5 days now!

Anyways, I purchased an eGo-c upgrade (1000mah passthrough) and have a question about using the passthrough. Will using it while the battery is fully charged diminish my battery life noticably? I know it does with other battery systems like phones or drills, but not sure about vapes.

Thanks for any help!

I use the same batts and have been here awhile and Never heard a complaint about that issue. And people Will complain about every little thing, so I think you're safe.

I only use PT's because of the ease of the chargers myself, I don't vape plugged in anymore. Using them at 3.7 unregulated, you're obviously going to notice a difference compared to regulated in vaping time per battery. Or did you mean the total life expectancy of the battery overall ( as in months)?

I got mine hoping that they would vape at 4.2, plugged in with a full battery- but I tried and it doesn't seem any hotter than 3.7.??

Fyi, one thing I did find out about the pass thru's is that you should only charge them on the pass thru end and not to use the other screw in charger piece as it will (or is supposed to) decrease the life of your battery... Unfortunately mine didn't come with instructions. But, I really thank whoever it was that posted about it on here. Prolly saved me a few bucks. :)

These types of batteries don't have a "memory". In fact, charging them before they are depleted (well, at cut off) is better for them. Charge away! People using PTs often vape with them plugged in. Me, I hate the cord hanging around, so I'm inclined to not charge-n-vape. But that's personal preference.
