I just got an apollo vtube and this is my first pv using batterys. I have searched and i havent been able to find anything. Could someone please show me a link or some battery safety tips please. Thank you!
I just posted a link on battery storage for another use here- http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-issues/311505-battery-storage.html
It explains most everything you need to know about these large lithium ion batteries.
Off the top of my head, some important safety tips would be to use only protected li-ion batteries, ensure proper ventilation in your tube in-case your battery does go into thermal runaway, and don't expose them to extreme heat or cold for prolonged periods. Protected batteries as far as I know should not produce flame if they fail, only gas and heat. So no explosions and the worst you may have to worry about is a small burn in case the worst happens.
