Hi All!

Quick question...how do you store your batteries overnight? I'm currently using a 510 setup with a cart and atty (still waiting on some new e-juice to try my eGo Twist with clearomizer). I have been unscrewing the batteries from the cart but wondered if it's okay to leave them fully assembled? Also, once I start using my eGo Twist, what is the best way to store that? With the clearomizer on and in an upright position? I'm not sure if it's okay to store it on its side. Will the juice run out?

TIA!

hey neighbor(north lauderdale here) most recommend turning off the device if it features a power button or a 5 click system. as far as clearomizers and cartomizers i try to keep them up right as much as possible. if its on a sealed battery like a ego, or mod then i just leave them on the battery over night. if its on a auto battery with the hole in the center of the connector i make sure those are taken apart to avoid any possible leaking down into the battery which can ruin it.

D'oh! I just remembered that the eGo Twist has an on/off button:) Thanks for your input neighbor! I used to live in Tamarac (I still own a condo there that I'm renting out) so I know exactly where you are located!!! I'm also trying to figure out how to carry the eGo Twist in my purse when I go back to work if the clearomizer needs to be upright. Maybe I'll take my 510's with me and leave that one at home.

Once you start using a clearomizer, you're not going to want to leave it at home. Most decent quality CE4, CE5, etc. won't leak if stored on their sides. I do it all the time. I have a whole tupperware container full of them and haven't had a problem with them. To be on the safe side, leave one or two of them on their sides overnight on a suitable surface as an experiment. If they don't leak, carry them in a ziplock bag by themselves in your purse. If you need to carry your ego in your purse as you are working, that's a little less practical but, honestly, I wouldn't worry that much about it. The bigger concern is that the battery is turned off.

Can you get a pen clip from something like a tire pressure gauge and clip it on somewhere so you can keep the clearomizer upright?
