Battery use calculation

I'm sure this has been calculated already but perhaps someone can answer this again please.

How many 5 second drags on a mini (approximately) would it take for a AW IMR 14500 600mah going from 4.25v out of the charger to 3.9v using a 1.5Ω 510 atty? 2.0Ω carto?

Are ther other variables such as time between hits, battery temp, others?

I realize other variables but if all were constant, if that makes sense?

I can only answer part of this...variables include: juice, vaping style (length and frequency of draw), resistance of the atomizer or cartomizer, resistance of the mod, cleanliness of the mod (a test was done by a REOnaut to see what the difference would be if they not only cleaned the firing pin and the atty connector but also under the spring and found that the resistance lowered afterward), age of the battery (number of charging cycles), and in my opinion...the brand of battery too. I have never counted my draws, so I can't answer your main question.
