3.7 volts but when in use, (under load), it's about 3.2 volts. 5 volts and variable volts is just a better vape. Especially, if they are regulated and even better, if they have "regulated boost circuit" technology. 4.5 to 5 volts has been considered the "sweet spot" for vaping by many for quite awhile.

can I get a battery that's the same size as the one I'm currently using for my 808 that is 4.5-5v?

No, you can't. You need to get a PV that provides that level of power. That means a good 5 volt PV, such as the GLV2 or a good variable volt PV that you can set anywhere between 3.4 to 7.4 volts. You will just need an adapter ($3) to use the 808 cartos/attys.

5 volt GLV2: Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - Great Lakes Vapor

Variable volt Darwin: Nhaler
