Bauway Ce2's

Just a little impressive info. The seal on my Bauway Ce2 is starting to go out (leaking from the bottom), and I have been using the same one for almost two months now, and that's running about 5mils a day through it. I would have totally expected the coil to be gone way before the seal would go. I am truly impressed. Anybody else have this experience with them lasting a really long time?

yes I love these things, I use them in my ssr tank and the 1.7 ohm at 3.7 are awesome. the one thing that I have noticed that make them unique is the amount of heating wire they use. this means more surface area is being heated and the more fluid can be vaporized.

I have had about 40 microcig ones in rotation for over 6 months now and have only had 1 go out and 1 seeps at the bottom post. almost every fillered carto I have had has been a pain to keep it from burning or blown up within a month. nice to know that if I go with the bauway ones in the future I should get decent life out of them.

sometimes you can stop the leak by taking the plunger from a 3ml syringe and GENTLY pressing down on the top of the carto to reseat the post. I have done this to a couple of MC ones that were a little loose out of the box. Hopefully bauway has better QC so I wont have to do my "new e2" regiment to them.
