The only supplier I know is Totally Wicked. If you just want to go to 36mg, then just about all suppliers should have this available. If you (in the future) do not mind over sees, I know eastmall.net has mixing fluids at 60mg.

I consider myself at the high end of nicotine consumption after browsing these boards and vaping 36mg fits my needs with the occasional 48mg for WMDS vapes (waking, meals, drinking, sex).
