I think those are just wraps. The back side of the second one doesn't even line up with the middle section...
Wraps or no, they are an expression of preference.
If they are Dual 18650 then I'd have some interest.
If a guy on FB is selling them as being custom painted, and charging for custom painting, but they are wraps, it seems a little shady...
Gents I can tell you with 100% certainty they are airbrushed. I'll post pictures of mine in a couple days. Once I get the ok to post you'll see that they are being produced by a well respected member.
The ones on FB were first run demos, they are building mods now. You can see one on the Plumes of Hazard video number 83 or 84.

Why doesn't the design line up all around it? For a custom paint job the design should be seamless. If it's not a wrap it seems maybe he just randomly painted components and put them together, rather than painting each once assembled...
It's like the difference between wallpaper put up by a pro and a wallpaper job I would do...
Probably because they're, you know, hand painted, and the battery door is painted separately, as it has to be.

Croak, it is a bigger box but not a Hammond. It's got a magnet door and doesn't sit at an angle. But it is a decent size
Personally I like the it and will give my honest opinion once I have it in my hand understanding the airbrushing process and knowing that mine will be unique and one of a kind.

Crxess, sorry I didn't respond but it is a dual 18650. I'll pull it open and get pictures.
Now for the good stuff.
I've been e-mailing with Perry from Varitube, him and a business partner have collaborated on this project. The mod's have Kolor paint and finished in show car clear. Perry is assembling the mods. They can be purchased as kits or fully assembled. They are dual 18650, Small CNC Machined box, Magnet lid, YiHi SXmini J Chip 150W capable, Spring loaded 510, dual series sled. Finished in themes with a number of selected designs and a few solid colors. Each design is unique and my understanding will be limited in the amount built.
I have pictures of some more of the completed mods and as you can see no two are exactly alike. Personally, and it's just my opinion they are beautiful, I really like the artwork and they have an excellent partner.

The dice & cash are cool, I really like the 3D and shading! Also the lightening and the Blue box next to the flag are cool too.
