I had read several posts before that said that it is normal to vape a
lot during the first few weeks because it is new, a novelty (to a point) and your body has quickly learned that it is the replacement for your analogs. Also, in my opinion, even though some say you cannot come close to the taste of a real analog, I think it comes close enough and even tastes better in a way so I vape
a lot even after more than 2 months. But at the same time I've cut my nicotine level by about 1/2 of the 24/25mg I started with but still vaping the same.
I also think a lot of it has to do with my old 36+ year habit too. I was one person who really enjoyed smoking, therefore I have quickly learned that I really enjoy vaping even more.
So I would say that if you think you are vaping heavy then you probably really are not and you shouldn't worry about it. Other than the nicotine that we know is addictive but not cancer-causing, you are otherwise
not harming yourself anywheres near like you were when you were smoking.
So vape on and enjoy one of the newer hobbies we have come to love!
