Hi there! Recently joined and am have enjoyed reading the posts here.
Been vaping for about a year. I started smoking at 16, along with eating horribly, never exercised, and I had probably an average of 3 monsters a day (a job with no bills is great huh).
Fast forward to my 18th birthday, I begin to buy my own cigarettes, and in the process buying more and more. 2 packs a day. I get to the point where I suck down 3-4 cigarettes on a 15 minute break at work. Yummy. By this point I wake up coughing day in and out, get winded walking long distances, and I had tried to quit many of times. One journey to quit involved a gas station cigalike, as you'd imagine that didn't even help a bit. Disgusting.
The moment I truly wanted to quit was quite a bit later when my father developed bronchitis. I feared I would be a life smoker like my father or worse, like my mother who had a plethora of addictions and lost her life because of them. I started off with a simple ego starter kit, switching between different ego batteries and kanger tanks. Until a few weeks back.
I now am vaping on a MVP 2, with a nautilus mini, metal tank, Destiny captain america drip tip, and Gwar spew. Loving it. Little gift for myself as a congrats on being analog free and having the motivation to be better in life, health, and work. I now watch what I eat, exercise regularly, and have a great job working in a hospital. I wouldn't have had this motivation with my old self. Glad that this community exists to help anyone who needs it.
Sorry for the long intro. Glad to be here!!!
