I have been vaping for over a month now with one analog first thing in the a.m. for some reason. There have been a couple of times that I haven't had that. Not sure why I smoke that one in the morning but it has been hard to let go of it. But for me one a day is remarkable. I start my morning off with 36mg liquid and think that should do it but for some reason it doesn't. I'm not beating myself up though. This past month I 've spent less on vaping products than I would have on analogs. I am keeping close eye on that and feel that I don't have to have all the bells and whistles. I am awaiting the new ego-c bits and pieces to come out so I can use those.

vaping has certainly been a learning experience. I stumbled across this board and it looks like a good place to learn even more. The one thing I like about this board is that you don't have to watch what you say about health issues in connection with vaping. I do understand the rules of other forums though and do respect them. There are times I have questions that I would like to ask and can't.

It is my hope that a lot of reputable research is being done for the e-cig. As a 30+ year smoker, it has been the most promising product for me. Patches, gum, lozengers, hypnosis, ear laser thingy....you name it, I've tried it and it has all been a waste of $$.

I do recommend to my smoker friends to give it a try at least once. I almost didn't try it. At this point I'm feeling pretty satisfied with vaping so far.

Emma Jo That's fantastic news! I'm so happy your ecigs are working for you. This is a great forum, any questions you have never feel weird asking. People are always willing to share their experience with you as well as help you on your journey. Good luck and remember to cut yourself some slack :) that one cig a day is nothing to worry about....You'll get there on your own time..

Welcome to the forum! If you don't have them, you can't smoke them.

When I started vaping I just had a bag of nasty RYO tobacco around. If I want a cig, I'd have to go through the trouble to roll one. Even then it didn't taste good.

If I had my main brand around, I'm not sure what I'd have done. One is really not a huge deal and I definitely wouldn't worry about it. I just really didn't want to smoke anymore because of the smell.
