Been waiting over a month for a replacement

I submitted a request for a replacement atty on June 29th for one I received that was DOA. The request was cancelled and I was never contacted. I spoke to Amy about 2 weeks later and she said she would take care of it and send me the replacement. Well it has been about 3 weeks since I spoke to her and still no replacement. Very disappointed as I have always received great service from MFS in the past.

This has been resolved. Seems Amy no longer works there and that is what caused the issue with my replacement. Once again great customer service from MFS.
