Beer and Vaping - and not the fizzy yellow soda, either. Real beer.

So, I'm a beer snob. I like beer that you can't see through easily, I like beer that I can feel in my mouth, and doesn't look/taste like something that should be poured back in the horse. Lite "beer" is "love in a small boat" to me. Effing close to water, in other words. I'd rather drink water, actually.

I'm fairly new to vaping, and I'm looking for anyone else who might have the same kind of taste in beer, and any favorite flavors to vape with the beer. So far, I've had good luck getting permission to vape in the taverns around town, during pool leagues. Sitting with a good beer in one hand, and PV in the other, watching a good game of pool, is damn near heaven. Not having to go outside in the cold helps considerably.

At this point, I only have one flavor that goes well with dark beers, caramel chocolate swirl. It seems to meld quite well with the flavors in the beer.

I'm also thinking nutty flavors will work well. I have some stuff to DIY on the way, but wanted to hear if anyone else has stuff that goes well with real beer.

I tend to vape tobacco flavors when I am drinking beer. BWB Hunter's Blend or Honey Flue Nut have been my go-tos so far. I tend to drink porters (Sierra Nevada or Fullers) at home and whatever is closest to a good brown ale on the menu when I am out. I also drink some IPAs on occasion but I have not vaped with one yet.

Beer and tobacco flavors just go together for me.

I actually haven't had a good experience vaping tobacco while drinking beer. I usually drink Guinness, Sierra Nevada, or Yuengling, but for some reason when I go to vape my tab it makes my mouth taste super bitter. So I try to stick to anything other than Tab, some red bull (liquid) is pretty good with beer IMHO.

I'll generally reach for a tobacco flavor when I'm drinking a dark beer. I tend to gravitate toward imperial stouts and barleywines....BWB casablanca is the perfect match for a bourbon county stout. A nice RY4 and some arctic devil...of course!

Now when I'm hitting the IPAs, I'll reach for something a bit lighter, maybe some pink lemonade to complement the citrusey hops. FSUSA cherry limeade and a hop slam are one of my favorite combos lately. yum, now I want a beer and a vape....

Thank you for the replies, I might have to try the red bull, it wasn't a flavor I cared a lot for in isolation, but it might go well with a beer. Might also have to try some citrus flavors with something like a Blue Moon or Boulevard. Those tend to be the only thing close to a real beer in many places we play leagues, and they have a citrus taste already.
Tobacco flavors, well, I haven't found one I really like so far, I used up a couple of 10ml bottles because I had them, but there are so many other interesting flavors . . .

My favorite beer is DogFish Head 60 Minute IPA. Pair that with Tasty Vapor Caramel Popcorn and I'm hoppy, oops, I mean happy.

I prefer a super dark beer like Beck's Dark, which has notes of coffee, cinnamon, and caramel. Vaping any of these flavors is a nice compliment. Now you've got me thinking I need to try to cook up a DIY Beck's flavor if I could figure out how to get that raisin taste...

I've found that when I'm drinking my favorite hopped up beer (IPA's, imperials, etc..), BWB 555 and VS Phoenix seem to punch through the intense flavors and compliment the brews quite well.
