Just kidding. How much do you smoke? Pack a day? More, Less? Lights? Ultra-Lights?

It might. You could always start at a very low (4mg) level too. I would probably order a few different strengths to test it out. Maybe a 0, 4 and 8mg in a flavor you may like
You might have smoked out of habit but you still got nic. So I would at least start with 18 and get some that are lower and just test what works for you. Good luck. Welcome to the family.
Your body will definitely know something is different, but if you're strong willed, it just might work for you. I'm thinking that if I had started at 0mg, I would have still been reaching for cigarettes because of the head games telling me I "needed" that nicotine fix. I was a half-pack smoker so I started at 11 and 18 mg, and recently ordered some 6mg. I am going to taper down slowly and give my body a chance to adjust to the change.

I am not in denial. LOL I am a smoker. I quit for about 3 months a couple a months ago and I did not miss smoking as far as withdrawl, I miss having something in my hand and mouth. I still can't stand the taste and recently started having chest pains. Yano, it's funny you mention Bill Clinton, I call one of my co-workers Clinton Jr. because she is sick right now so she says she is not inhaling. LOL

How about ordering something like a 24mg with an extender or very low mg??? You can "water it down" if need be. I ran out of 24mg today and tried the 12mg I had on hand, not so good for me. I smoked ultra lights in my former smoking life.
It is. It's the lowest V4L offers in the cartomizer. I smoked pack a day lights to ultra lights before vaping and I am on 8mg to 18mg (depending on the mood/situaton) daily. 4mg would give me withdraws
I vape 11mg and refill with 6mg, I also have a few flavors at 0nic for late at night. I smoked for 37 years 2 packs a day (menthol lights). I have been off analogs for almost 11 months..so you can go low and kick the habit.
Having said that..I would try to get a couple of strenghs to start with or at least a couple of 5ml bottles in different strenghs to refill with. You can always dilute your liquid with the same flavor at 0nic if it's too strong for you.

I agree with MaryKay, get a few small bottles in different nic's, maybe some empty cartos, and see what works for you!

You didn't tell us what you smoke and how much. I would order three different strengths, say, 18, 11 and 4, or any other combination that you think might work for you, and see how it goes. Trial and error. Sorry, but there's no other way to know for sure. Having a choice from the start is a good idea because if you order too high, you won't be able to use your kit at all and you'll have to wait for the next order. I llike to have different strengths on hand, anyway. I like to vape lower strengths in the evening.

I think they're out. The best coffee flavors are CMF, Cappucino and Espresso, not necessarily in that order. I LOVE them. The taste is rich, familiar, soothing and not too sweet. You can't go wrong with any of them. They do taste somewhat similar. If you smoked lights, I wouldn't go higher than 18. And some med and low juice, 5 ml. You'll figure it out.
I was the same way when starting out, Im my mind, I figured that if I purchased lower levels even if they didn't "do" it for me, I'd be forced to vape them anyways since they would be all that I had. Though now, I've gone from 6mg to 18mg and about to purchase a 24mg due to some built up stress.
Perhaps if you find your go-to flavors, you can reduce the levels
