Beginner questions on eGo-t and 510-t

If possible, please reply for both models.

1. How often should the atomizers be cleaned? I've watched a few vids on cleaning, but can't find how often. Once weekly/monthly...every few tanks...?
2. The guy at the store was rinsing with PGA/Everclear as we were sampling juice. A vid I watched recommended cleaning with IsoAlcohol, I think mfg recommends water. What's best?
3. How long should a tank last? It came with 6 or 7, but I'm guessing these are disposable type things and I should order a couple dozen to have on hand?
4. How do I know if I have a type A or type B? I just bought it 4 days ago.

Type A attys are cone shaped, type B are like a cylinder, they don't narrow down. I clean as little as possible. When the vapor starts to diminish and the draw gets too tight/hard I clean Type A's hold 1 ml and type B's hold 2ml
