Beginners guide to DIY

Hey ECF! I think I'm ready to try my hand at DIY juice and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I tried to search for some sort of beginners guide but no luck. Basically, I want to know:

1. What materials (aside from PG, VG, nic, and flavoring) do I need
2. Where the best places to buy said materials, including nic, PG, VG and flavoring
3. Any tips or additional advice a seasoned DIY'er would have for a noob

Also, just to give some insight on what I'm aiming for- I want to make e-liquid that is 3mg with heavy VG, Maybe 70/30. Wouldn't mind attempting 100% VG (or as close as you can get to it)

I'm sure you will get Many Replies for your First Two Questions.

But I will give you what I Think is the Best Advise a New person to DIY should consider.


Take/Keep Detailed and Accurate Records for EVERYTHING you Do. And Never Add Anything to a Mix Without Writing it Down.

That, and Don't Tweak a Mix until it has had a chance to Steep.
