If someone made a good 100% VG juice already pre-thinned I'd try it, because Lord knows I can't stand the viscosity and oily aftertaste of normal 100% VG.

You might also try using a different type of vg.
P & G makes several different kinds including Kosher VG.
Some of the juice manufacturers use their Vg in the juices we use.
You can get a samples of P & G Vg by asking them.

I use PGA, Everclear alochol. $5 for a small bottle that is well
over 2 months old and still have over 1/2 left.
It works great and gives me a little extra throat hit as well.
It is also good for a quick rinse out of cartos as well.

I like the idea of the alcohol giving a better TH but in Massachusetts we can't buy grain alcohol so would vodka alter the flavor of the juice?

I got a bottle of PG and may use it to thin some of my 100% VG juices. I find that after letting some of the VG juice sit in bottle for a couple months, it thickens a bit. I am not sure how much PG to use tho. I do not want it real thin and do not want to knock the nic level down by much. How much should i start with? Just a couple drops?

I'm guessing Pure Grain Alcohol...but since I'm a noob here, I could be wrong.

That is correct. Usually the brands are Everclear or Gem Clear. It's 190 proof, not available in all states, and some states allow a 150 proof version. Neutral grain spirit - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So long story short, a bit of alcohol helps with the throat hit? Interesting. I've kicked nicotine out of my juice and I really miss the throat hit.

I started mixing with PG and VG, but than had heard from a friend who works in safety and quality control for the government that PG is actually considered toxic, so I switched to straight VG and cut it with distilled water. That worked fine, but I wanted to try cutting with PGA ( or rather in my case I used 80 proof vodka ) and didnt think anything of it until I mixed up a batch that I usually love and notice that the flavor was dramatically different and not anything like how I remembered it.

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a change in flavor when mixing with PGA or Vodka?
