Yea, I know what you mean.
We have attempted to get juice into Canada (00mg) plenty of times, and never been successful.
Our packages always get denied at the border..
We are working on finding someone who can be a 'forwarder' for us...but its a work in progress.

I'm guessing this is because of quantity and how it was declared. I've had numerous shipments go through customs without issue. I even had one opened that was declared as nicotine juice (3*30ml bottles of 6mg) but they left the bottles in the shrink wrap and didn't test them. I've been lucky for sure *knock on wood*
