Does anyone think that on the Berserker RTA, a smaller MM coil diameter will be less prone to wicking issues? If I can get them to work I won't need this RDTA. I have been making my coils in there at 3mm with 28g kanthal.

Try for 2.5mm ID..

also, what wicking material are you using?

I am using organic cotton pads doing the Swedish roll I believe it's called.

Yeah, don't do the roll thing - I see no inherent need in newer rebuildables..

Just cut a strip of your cotton a little wider than your coil ID (about double or so) - just gauge the amount - then peel off that thin top and bottom layer and roll one end of what your left with to make it easy to insert through your coil..

you shouldn't be so tight as to make your coil move when moving your cotton back and forth through the coil, but you should feel some resistance.. there's a goldilocks moment in there.

That will likely help your wicking issues.

(sorry for the response time I'm trying to unclog a drain.. )
