been dripping on a 901 atty for a while now and the last few months have noticed that it seems to leak a lot. leaks from the hole down into the battery connector. not a big issue but i dont like to wipe it off all the time. do the 801s or 510s leak less?

I use the 510 and it still leaks sometimes, especially where the atty and cart connect. I think part of it has to do with the thickness of juice you are using. One thing I did notice is that after I got a T-tip, it rarely leaks anymore. The t-tip channels the drips right into the middle of the atty, evenly disbursing the juice. You might want to check them out, I rarely have a leaking issue anymore.

Depends - 510 runs warm, 901 less, 801 cooler. Different flavors responds differently. The better question would be which battery because all attys have holes and it's the batt connection that can get you in trouble. In that sense - the Chameleon is the best dripping mod. The switch and batt are totally modular and separated and sealed from the actual connection.

I would agree with the battery difference making flavors taste different, however I think you will have a lot of competition on what mod, my GGTS can run a 510,801 without changing anything and then I can switch to any voltage I want with any Atty I want very easily and very quickly, not wanting to start a debate here I just think there would be a lot of differences on which mod is best for dripping because of so many variables

I should have said 'one of the best' Or the best I have, but you're right from what I can gather from the similarly modular GGTS. It's a beaut. And the variable voltage would be huge too.

I find my 901 leaks the least and I am a big time dripper. The 901 for me is a nice smooth relaxing vape. I use a Protege and there is a well in the adapter that catches any leaking which is a plus. My 510 leaks quite a bit, I seem to have to clean if off a lot more than 901. But I find it can't be beat for a nic fit. For a ecig without a mod I like my 401 the best. Nice size and neat and tidy for out and about.
Just my thoughts.

Think what happen's is atty starts to go off song after about a week or so then you try to compensate with extra juice :(

How many drops are you adding at once? I had to cut down to 2 in a 510 and 901, and 3 in an 801 to avoid leaking. I Immediately vape after dripping and don't drip again until I taste a change in flavor. I'm also losing the habit of standing my mods on end, especially if the drip is still kind of fresh, I put them on their sides. Already have a habit of blowing the atty back out and wiping threads every so often.

I basically had to adapt ways of avoiding a leak. I am personally liking the 510, 401, 901 and 801 for dripping, each for it's own way of burning and tasting. They all give me the same amount of leakage if I use too many drops too quickly, or leave them sitting too long with a fresh drip.

Do you clean the 901 atty out? Maybe the wick's caked up, keeping the juice from absorbing?
