Best batteries?

Where do you guys get your batteries from? I will be ordering the itaste vtr this week which takes the 18650 batteries but i have no idea where to start with them.

If someone can link me to some high quality batteries at a decent price + charger that would be awesome

Hi Pukka,

The top two contenders tend to be Efest or IW AMR. Very slight variations between the two but you can get 2 for the price of 1 for Efest on eBay. 12.99 for 2 on eBay which isn't bad at all, it'd set you back the same amount for just one AW IMR.

Search for Efest 18650 and you're away, can't go wrong for the price.

I actually ordered a VTR off of ebay three days ago and some batteries as well!!! I haven't tried Efest batteries, but they're always at the top of people's lists. I have a few AW IMR batteries and they've been rock solid. I should be getting my first order of Efest batteries tomorrow or the next day. I ordered the Efest IMR18650 battery-2200 Li-Mn (button top). I've also have some Panasonic CGR18650CH in rotation.

Sounds good, i can get an efest IMR for 6quid on the site im buying the vtr and a 'nitecore i2 intelligent charger' for £13.

If they sound like a good battery/charger to you guys ill get ordering tonight!!

The nitecore is an excellent charger - I've got the i4 (4 bay version). You can't go wrong with nitecore chargers

What I was going to suggest was register on UKVapers and get the special "torchy" deals.

I doubt it's cheaper than myepack though....

I e got several efest batteries and they are working just fine.
AW are considered better.
