So what i found isnt good? What does hi-drain mean?

High drain means they are safer when using them on something that draws a lot of amperage, like a sub ohm coil. IMR batteries are high discharge. I wouldn't suggest using the one you had linked from eBay if you plane on running low ohm coils or a mechanical with a kick. Here are some specs on it, it doesn't have a very high amp rating. But would be fine with 1 ohm and up with a vape safe. Panasonic 18650 3400mah NCR18650B battery cell
Also IMR batteries are considered a safer chemistry and are the recommended type for mech mods.

Just get yourself set up with gear and juice that work for your daily vaping before you delve into the sub-ohm world.

Sub-ohm vaping is primarily for those chasing clouds and involves more information and practice than you've had at this point.
