22g wire or 0.50/0.60 wire - Quad coil - 2.5mm guide - 6 loops each
Make sure your device can handle that.
What device are you using? What RDA are you using? What batteries are you using?
Those three things need to be known before we can really say what to use.
The coil setup tjeco just gave you is going to be about 0.085 ohms. Personally, I wouldn't even think about running something that low. On a full charge in a single battery mech, that is drawing about 50 amps. The very best 18650 batteries out there are only rated for 30 amps. Anything past that and you risk the battery venting and possibly ruining your mod(and possibly your hand if you are using junk batteries).

Wicking is a big part of it too. You have to make sure you can get enough juice to the coil. Twisted 28 is a really easy way to enhance flavor and vapor. I usually build my rta tanks at 0.6 or 0.7 with 26g, 5 or 6 wraps for single coils, and my drippers with twisted 28g dual coils that a average out to 0.5
