best charger

So I'm looking for the best charger out there.

I have the trustfire and a couple others but I want something that can do many sizes of batteries and possibly different voltages. I would like it to be a smart charger so I don't have to worry about removing the battery the minute it is fully charged.

Any suggestions?

the ultrafire/trustfire charger are "smart" they stop when there is feedback, it is just an ic chip. I have seen a few hi dollar pnes. i use ultrafire for 3.0/3;6v cr2/123 and blk t fire for 14500/16850/18650.
