Best/cheapest place to get nic and base?

I'm still waiting for my first time gear, but as a former candy maker, the thing that excites me most about starting vaping is the prospect of experimenting with flavor combinations and recipes.

I know I'm going to be using (and ruining) a lot of flavors and base so I'd like to know where the best (US based) place is to get cheap juice supplies.

I've seen the super-cheap prices available from chinese suppliers, but I don't want to wait a month everytime I place an order.

Where do you guys and gals get your low cost juice supplies and who has quick shipping?

Look for discount codes and sales promotions -- even less inexpensive. All have great shipping...Blue Mist is probably cheapest when there are no sales promo's going on with any of them.

When experimenting use 3 ml bottle mixes without nicotine in it to save $ until you get the flavor right.
