just got an igo-w3 from a friend at my vape shop for 10 bucks. i got a 6 wrap each quad mirco build in it and its vaping great. But...i want cloud comp performance... what would be the best wicking method for this particular rda? right now i have one medium dense strand ran under and around and the same on top so the sides of the coils are open... are there any "go-to" wick styles out there i could try? if you have pics, send em on.

I like organic cotton in mine, but I haven't been in the game long enough to give advice. Most videos show using cotton too, but making a video don't make you a genius either....

6 wraps of what gauge ? I know 2 coils of 5 wraps around 7/64 drill bit of 28 give me just under .5 ohms I only use the 18650 Sony VTC4.

I love big clouds, but I'm afraid of the .2 builds I see. Don't even get me started on the .09 & .07 videos, LoL

What's the ohms on your coil? What batteries you using?

im running a .23 ohm quad coil, sony vtc3/4 batteries. ive been playing with the wicking the past couple days(boiled and rinsed organic cotton)and i cant get what i want out of them... should i take a wrap off each coil and drop the ohms a tad for more heat?

I am by NO MEANS in a position to offer advice !!

I think you're already pretty low.

I have a single coil of twisted 28 gauge that's .8 ohm's in my Omega & I have a dual coil of 28 gauge at .4 ohm's in my Igo-T and the single coil BLOWS the dual out of the water. As far as taste, vapor, and half of the juice is used. I noticed that how I wick it matters a lot too. I was putting too much cotton in it. I wish my Omega was as easy to build with as the Igo ! I think I'm going to get a Patriot, or an Atomic to try next.
