What are some good atomizers that I can get to build a dual or quad coil? And that I can put in my pocket and so the atomizer won't leak the juice?

You'll find most top coil genesis atties will leak in your pocket, depending on your build. You could get a bottom coil atty like a taifun gt or even a kayfun and use a parallel dual coil to get low ohms if thats what you want. And i've never had either leak on me in my pocket.
I have a Prometheus atty and if you close the air flow control off, and keep it relatively upright in your pocket it doesnt leak. I've only ever done dual coils on this but single coils can be achieved by closing off a wick hole. Just had a look tonight.
Alternatively a dripper would do single, dual or even quad builds. If you're heading into the quad builds just think about the amp limit of your battery, as well as the nic strength of your juice, as a quad will deliver your nicotine very efficiently so youll more than likely need to drop this down.
