Go to AZSmokeFree.com and buy a whole 2-battery KR808D-2 (aka E9) kit for less than some rebranders charge for a single battery. Or you could go check LeCig.com and see if they still sell any "D2" stuff.

BTW at AZSmokeFree they list Bloog among the brands compatible with E9/KR808D-2 but that is the old Bloog. The current Bloog is KR808D-1 compatible.

I'm not fond of E9 batteries because they are all automatics and the threading is not supported in the normal price marketplace, not supported for new kinds of blank cartos, and the only adapters available for them are at LeCig. KR808D-1 is the near-twin model with the threading new carto styles (like Jumbos and Clearomziers etc) are made in and KR808D-1 batteries are available as manuals. Manuals are a lot harder to kill with juice drips.

Thanks Dormouse. But I heard that KR808D-2 don't fit the E-9 cartos. I heard that it is alittle bit larger? The problem is, I live in Canada and not many companies ship their cartos with nicotine here. Is there any adapter for KR808D-2 to E9? Or what I heard was just a rumor? Thanks in advance

By the way, I am sure that this question was asked a million times before, and I checked many places in this forum, but is there any company from the States that ship Cartos with nicotine to Canada confidentially, without letting the custom to know? What I wonder is why American shops are making a coalition with the Canadian government to limit our rights to vape!!!

You need to ask that in the Canada section of ECF and you can't ask there until you have 5 posts or replies in New Members then wait about an hour.

And I have never heard anything about E9 and KR808D-2 being different. I have never ever seen anyone selling "E9" batteries in the US. Just Chinese wholesalers selling bulk quantities. I have seen vendros like AZSMokeFree equating E9 and KR808D-2

I started my vaping experience with three GreenSmoke batteries. It was my mistake as GreenSmoke $50 price is ridiculous. Later I ordered two E9 batteries from E-cig (China) for $10 a piece. Looks for me they worked even better than GreenSmoke's ones. Although delivery is pretty costly ($17) but if you order for $50+ it's not that bad considering that everything is less expensive. The delivery was pretty fast and with no problems.

The short GreenSmoke's battery went dead after about 2.5 months. Others work for now but I don't use them a lot as I switched to e-pipe with eGo-T attys. Much-much more convenient. So I am not sure about E9 batteries' life span.

Also I'd like to make an advise. If you feel the draw is getting hard try to clean-up two very tiny holes near the red LED on top. Use the needle to do that. I used to keep e-cigs in my pocket and these tiny holes were clogged sometimes but all air flow goes through these holes, I guess. Keep in mind also that GC cartomizer's are in fact refillable. You can find instructions in Internet.

Thanks for reply Antoly. My short batteries died too, I asked for a replacement on warranty and asked them to send me two long ones. I also bought two batteries from E-cig and their U-9 USB pass through. I have the passthrough now which is very good tool, saving me alot of battery. Thanks for the advice as one of my long ones are trying to clogged and it hurts my throat now.

I started with Green Smoke too. The "Vapriot" line at LeCig has D-2 batteries and cartos. I can say that E9 is most definitely equal to KR808D-2.

I switched to the KR808D-1 for the reasons stated above..... far more compatibility and availability.

In the meantime, LeCig also carries adapters so that you can use D-2 (E-9) cartos on D-1 batteries, and vice versa (two separate adapters), and not waste what you already have. Unless, of course, you return the Green Smoke.

skyjesus, I'm pretty sure the only difference is the threading. From what I've experienced, they are comparable as far as battery life and holding a charge. I have had one of each die on me, both autos. By the way, IMHO I found the ones (D-2's) from AZ Smoke Free to have a better draw, and they are a little cheaper. It's hard to get vapor on the LeCig ones. I still have the D-2's as backups just in case. Also, the blank cartos from LeCig are pretty decent and last a while.

Hi, I live in Canada and I got 4 E9 batteries from Greensmoke. I don't mind the long ones but the short batteries run out of charge very quick. Can someone advice me of any good E9 battery? Can you also tell me how long does it normally last?

Two choices: e-cigdotcom or azsmokefree.com. both last 3-4 hours long. Both products way cheaper than greensmoke.
