Is kind of like asking who has the best pizza?
It's really a personal preference to a lot of people.
From my personal experience, I stay away from the chinese Dekang juices (Usually the stuff that comes in pre-filled carts, but is also available by the bottle)....
I like DIYFlavorshack.com and MsTsbakery.com
Throat hit comes from a variety of factors, NIC level being one, and I use high NIC juice 30-36mg, so that's never been an issue for me. I like these two suppliers because they hand mix, the flavors are "out of this world", and the product is consistently good! Thats before you throw in great customer service, and fast shipping! (Dawn even sends a free sample when you order multiple bottles)
My favorite two flavors are Chocolate Mint Banana Float (DIYFlavorshack), and Bananas Fosters Coffee (Ms T's).. I don't even really like banana much in food, etc. but for some reason it vapes really nicely.

I agree with REdZone....but wanted to add Tasty Vapors...his juice is very very good...and i love Nhalers Lung Juice.
My 2 favorite are DIYflavorshack and Tasty Vapor. Both give great vapor and throat hit. With DIY i've tried Cinnamon roll, raspberry vannila, bubble gum Red Hots and banna creme. All of them tasted exactly like the real thing, with my favorite being Cinnamon roll (great throat hit and taste just like the real thing). the bubble gum tasted just like Hubba bubba but didn't have much of a throat hit. Raspberry vannila is very tasty with a decent throat hit. Tasty Vapor has a great product also, with my favorite being Atomic Fireball. With tasty vapor, I would recommend getting the 24mg juices or lower, as they are really flavorfull.
Liquids from www.absolutelyecigs.com tops the list for me. Been a happy customer for a year.
I have numerous brands and mg. but my favorits elqiuid is Totally Wicked,USA. It cost a little more but it is well worth it.
Haven't experimented much with different liquids. I get mine from cignot. Haven't been disappointed yet, so I see no reason to switch

I LOVE every juice that I have tried from Drew at Nhaler.com. Drewbacco 1 is my absolute favorite right now. Great taste and TH.

I didnt really like dekang juices...i ordered from vaporstation.co.uk and got great juice from there.way better flavor/vapor...they have a U.S site too.
Another vote for Ms T's bakery. So far I'm loving her pecan pie and the chocolate coconut bar and my boyfriend has fallen in love with her gingerbread cookie. All our flavors from her we've gotten in medium (20-26 mg nic). Every flavor we have gotten thus far have tasted exactly as the label said and they smell lovely

I hear great things about DIY Flavorshack but I haven't tried it yet.
I have a Vapor King (KR808D-1) and I love the flavor of many of the cartomizers. The matching juice is sold in 5ml bottles from Vapor4Life.
MyFreedomSmokes (double-flavor) juices are my top choice - they are fantastic! Nhaler's Pear Lung juice is really good, too.

The juices at My Freedom Smokes are incredible! Superior customer service and orders are delivered super fast! He sells small bottles at great prices so you can actually afford to try multiple flavors and find what you like the best. And he can double the flavor in almost everything to give your taste buds a real ! He also carries the higher nic. levels that are hard to find!

My favorite vendor is myfreedomsmokes. I am glad to see someone else (smokinridge) who loves the blackberry. Chris is a nice guy and his juices are very flavorful. I have never tried the double flavors; the regular flavors have more than sufficient flavor.
I just checked out Mrs T's Bakery....she's closed her doors!! She can't keep up with orders and has decided she needs to close. All orders had to be in by 12/20/09!
